My name is Blair Pallas. I am a therapist who specializes in helping people with OCD, anxiety, and related disorders (including generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, and panic disorder). I use evidence-based practices to help you understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and work with you to make lasting changes. I have extensive training and experience in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy, the most effective treatment for OCD.
